Large shrub with open branched rounded form. Golden-yellow flowers have ribbon-like petals; very fragrant. Rich green leaves turn attractive yellow-orange in fall. Can become a small tree with age. Deciduous. Full to partial sun. Moderate-growing to 15 feet high, equal width. Seed grown.
