Size 1 gallon, Phalaris arundinacea Dwarf Garters, 

White-striped, variegated leaves and seed heads emerge a soft white color, turning brown in late summer. It is considered to be more well-mannered and upright than other Phalaris varieties. Turns pink with cool temperatures.
